ACCESS - two-year program of the US State Department, which gives the opportunity to young people from families with a low income for free to learn English, learn about American culture and its values. The program aims to improve the skills of children to participate in social and economic development of the country, developing leadership qualities of students. Studying the program ACCESS, young people get the chance to take part in international educational exchange programs and to continue their education abrod.

At the graduation ceremony was attended by relatives and friends of the children , teachers, the ACCESS program - Natalya Stepanovna Potselueva and Svetlana Podhomutnikova , specialists and coordinators of the US Embassy English language programs in Kazakhstan - Marc Dorr , Liana Stickel , Olga Paterova and Asem Bekimova .

In his congratulatory Regional Director noted that knowledge of English is a necessity in today's world . As an international language , English is used in various spheres of life , such as politics, economics , health, trade , education ... Mr. Scacco wished the children not to stop on the achieved successes,develop the knowledge and skills to become a future valuable personnel on the global labor market .

At the festival. guys declared poems in English , sang, danced , acted out scenes , and just had fun. Students thanked the U.S. Embassy for support of the Access program.
