"Love the code" - workshops on programming

"Love to code" Calendar Team activities (LTC) in Ust-Kamenogorsk:for teachers of local schools workshop. Objectives: To provide additional tools and programs that will be used in the classroom; informed of the planned activities "Love to code" (LTC) and the American Corners in Kazakhstan (17 November 14:00 - 16:00).
Seminar for the large children's learning center managers. Objectives: To provide additional tools and programs that will be used at the centers; informed of the planned activities "Love to code" (LTC) and the American Corners in Kazakhstan, establish koding- trends in the region (17 November 16:00 - 18:00).

Dinner with IT-activists in the city (can be directors, representatives of akimat, professors of universities, volunteers, etc.). Objectives: To find supporters, which could support regional initiatives to programming, to understand the current state of "education in the field of ICT" in city / region, gather ideas about what could be done to promote coding culture. (17 November 19:00 - 21:00)

BootCamp - short-term intensive training programming. Objectives: to provide interested students (14-18 years) of practical experience in the field of computer science and computer technology, to create a local success stories and use them in the media. (18-19 November 09:00 - 17:00)

"Girls in Tech» (30-minute session for the participating girls BootCamp). Objectives: To describe the main myths and misconceptions about girls in technology and to focus on how to overcome them. To inspire women to take an active part in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
