Megaproject "Pushkin Library"

Megaproject "Pushkin Library" - grant of the Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan (February, 1999) for preferential discounts on special editions of the catalog megaproject. The project has worked for three years. Thanks to a grant, we were able to replenish its funds the best editions of the late 90's and early 2000s, the latest products of the leading publishing houses in Russia: "Aleteya", "Logos", "amphora", "Vagrius", "ABC", "Phoenix" and so on. d. The collection of the library enriched with modern and popular publications on cultural studies, philosophy, law, economics, linguistics, literature and so on. Besides teaching and educational literature, the best works were purchased from world literature masterpieces of Russian classics to cult books by foreign authors of the twentieth century such as F. Sagan I. Calvino, M. Frisch, D. DeLillo. It was the first major update of the information resource library after a period of "optimization" and the country's transition to a market economy.
