Russian Language Center promotes a productive intercultural dialogue of the peoples of Kazakhstan and Russia through the Russian language as a language of international communication.

As a training center provides the system
- Educational materials;
- Courses and clubs on the study of the Russian language;
- Online sessions for Russian language teachers;
- Competitions, testing, conferences, competitions.
 
As a resource center provides
- Access to full-text databases of the Presidential Library named after Boris Yeltsin in Russia;
- Access to electronic databases.
 
As a creative laboratory Center organizes and conducts
- Creative competitions on the regional geography;
- Music and movie nights;
- Thematic meetings for the anniversary and memorable dates of Russian culture;
- Excursions, exhibitions, exhibitions;
- Lectures on topical issues of Russian language.
 
As a communication platform
