This is an important cultural and historical event in the life of our region, the opening of the First President of the Reading Room Library held December 1, 2016 in celebration of the First President of our Republic Day eve - the 25th anniversary of Independence of our country. At the opening ceremony of the First President of the Reading Room Library was attended by representatives of local authorities, NGOs, activists of youth movements, the city public and journalists.

В рамках проведения «25 Звездных Дней» по городу Усть-Каменогорску  в нашей библиотеке состоялась онлайн – встреча талантливой молодежи  двух библиотек, города Павлодара и города Усть-Каменогорска. Организаторы встречи  - интеллект центр нашей библиотеки.

Накануне праздника Дня Первого Президента библиотеку посетили сотрудники Департамента уголовно-исполнительной системы. Меруерт Жайлибаева и Жанна Сакпанова встретили гостей у  книжной выставки  посвященной 25-летию Независимости Республики Казахстан и провели экскурс по книгам. На выставке представлены книги о Президенте, о пути становления нашей стрыны.

December 1 at 13.00 in our library offers reading hall of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its activities will focus on coverage of ambitious ideas and initiatives of the Head of State N. Nazarbayev and, first and foremost, the purpose of educating the young in the spirit of the East Kazakhstan state values, civic responsibility and patriotism.
