March 13 as part of Women's History Month , the American Corner Library conducted a creative contest for the best preview of the author's hat . The first and third places were taken designers college student named Kumash Nurgaliyev . The second place was a fair jury awarded to the active participant ACC of national language clubs .

Hats have always been the main passion of these fashionist as in any country of the world. They give the image of perfection, isolated from the crowd and emphasize individuality. Therefore, the geography of the hat styles presented was impressive: Egypt, Scotland, France and, of course, America. In addition, the audience was presented with the original cap in the Gothic style, hats Art Deco era (the 20s of XX century), hat in elegant 30-ies of the XX century, as well as fancy hats based on the popular Hollywood movies: "Gone with the wind", "The Great Gatsby", "Alice in Wonderland."

Model won the audience elegant design and original decorative ornaments.The contestants themselves have demonstrated and presented their work , present surprising originality of stylistic solutions , the flight of imagination and creative drive. At the end of the show all the particifients received certificates and prizes .
