Library - technological center of information, education and culture - a project supported by the "Open Society Institute" (November, 2001). Thanks to the grant, we were able to obtain additional equipment in the Internet lounge, new uninterruptible power supply, telephones and fax machines, as well as a telephone line, PBX 8 stations and furniture equipment. As a result, we have expanded Internet room, upgraded Web site and improved the quality of uninterrupted connection to the Internet, introduced new service "Virtual Reference Service" and the electronic delivery of documents. Our members have the opportunity of remote information services. By phone or email, you can get answers to questions related to information resources and library services. For example, to learn about the availability of certain publications in the library, order a bibliography of literature on the topic of interest, search for factual and thematic information. Electronic delivery of copies of documents is carried out both from the funds of our libraries and remote databases.
