East Kazakhstan in Internet

"East Kazakhstan in Internet" - grant the Bureau of Education and Culture of the USA (ECA) and the program IATP / IREX to create local history Web site (April 2000). The purpose of the project - to create the region's first website about East Kazakhstan with versions in Kazakh, Russian and English.
The project includes a general characterization of the East Kazakhstan region, information about the history, socio-economic development of the region, as well as culture and sports news.
