"Transparent City"

Affiliate Project "Transparent City" - supported by the Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan (February, 2002). The project partners - public fund "Center of development of local government", the akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk. This is a unique, the first and only project of its kind in Kazakhstan.
