Слет был организован МК «Жас Отан» при поддержке центров молодежи в Усть-Каменогорском колледже сферы обслуживания. Среди участников мероприятия были представители молодежи различных сфер деятельности, руководители молодежных комитетов высших и средних специальных учебных заведений, молодежные объединения, волонтеры, творческие коллективы и студенты.
