Days of Culture of North - Kazakhstan region in Ust – Kamenogorsk

Within the framework of Days of Culture the creative groups of the North- Kazakhstan region arrived in East Kazakhstan . For guests of Petropavlovsk in our library was held a tour through the halls of our library. Guests left their feedback about what they impressed in our city.
