Creative laboratory "Bright Idea"

Creative laboratory "Bright Idea" - a project supported by a grant from the American Council for International Educationwebsite creative laboratory librarians(April, 2001). The grant was used for the organization of professional development of librarians in small towns and regions of the East Kazakhstan region.
It was carried out after the first "period optimization and transition to a market economy" seminars and training for librarians: "The new image of the library," "Development of a successful project," as well as training programs on basic computer skills and the Internet.
Subsequently been held online annual summer school, school cataloguer (study and implementation of new standards in the field of organizing documents). One of the results of the creative laboratory of the same name was the creation of a website creative laboratory librarians.
Currently, the site has become the main resource of the regional association of librarians VC and online platform for methodical support. On the basis of creative laboratory not only trained librarians in East Kazakhstan, and librarians from other regions of the country and even abroad (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, the Republic of Altai, the Altai region of the Russian Federation, Mongolia).
