Sunday school, "English for Children"

"English for Children" - Sunday school for children from 5 to 10 years old who want to learn English. Supported by the US Peace Corps in Kazakhstan (May, 1998). Megaproject "Pushkin Library" - grant of the Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan (February, 1999) for preferential discounts on special editions of the catalog megaproject. Internet Hall

The opening of Internet halls in our library was preceded by another project - "E-mail and the Internet" (January 1997, a grant of Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan on connecting libraries to the Internet and email services. In this project we have two computers and a modem). Creating an Internet room was a logical development of the first draft. Grant of Eurasia Foundation for the project Internet Hall (1998) was provided with funds provided by the Agency for International Development of the United States (USAID).
